Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to support our Sales and Purchasing team, especially in managing operations and documentation related to the APC by Schneider Electric / Security and Surveillance Systems product line. This is a full-time, office-based role.
What you'll be doing
- Assist Salesperson and Purchasing Manager in preparing quotes, POs, and product documentation for APC / Security and Surveillance Systems products
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers or logistic teams on APC-related items / Security and Surveillance Systems
- Maintain proper filing of brand-related documents, SKUs, pricing, and delivery records
- Update inventory and delivery schedules
