Job Description:
oOffice duties: Answer phones, organize files, draft letters, and take note of Pre-bid and Opening of Bids Schedules
oCorrespondence: Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread bidding documents for submission
oCalendar management: Manage calendars and coordinate logistics for meetings
oFiling: Develop and maintain a filing of Pre and Post Bid Documents
oOffice supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory
oReports: Submit and reconcile Bid result reports
