Position Overview
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned accounts to drive retention and growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and business goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product updates.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on sales activity, trends, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
