Responsibilities
- Ability to identify issues, concerns and possible road blocks and define and navigate an appropriate course of action.
- Identifies issues in the district and provides recommendations on how to address and improve systems.
- Analyzes the impact of marketing activities conducted in the district.
- Manages Medical Representative's performances to achieve at 100% sales target.
- Review sales performance, and recommends steps in building a profitable business relationship with key customers .
- Ability to craft clear roadmap and business development plan for the district.
- Holds monthly meetings with Medical Representatives for accurate interpretation of Sales, Marketing, Company Programs and other activities.
- Reviews Medical Representative's assessment of business potential and opportunities in their territory.
