Account Executive Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for driving the growth of iCareManager’s (iCM) enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution by engaging and selling to organizations that serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This includes IDD/DDA residential providers, behavioral health organizations, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs), Adult Day Programs, Employment Agencies, and Case Management entities within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has experience working with or selling to decision‑makers in the IDD space, such as IT professionals, nursing staff, administrators, executive directors, and other senior leadership roles. A proven track record of consultative sales and the ability to navigate complex decision‑making structures is essential.
