Develop new business by identifying and developing opportunities from contacts To coordinate enquiries, queries and issues between our Account Clients and the relevant member of Johnsons staff To assist managing new and existing accounts Enable the Sales teams by providing all the relevant information for them to have the best impact on the client Meets other departments to improve the way the sales team and the business can interact Maintain and manage business as usual accounts and the Helpdesk Provide Management reports as required Develop dashboards and reports through the relevant systems Look to improve the Account Management process and increase efficiencies Handle customer queries and escalate to the Sales teams or Major Accounts Director where necessary G...
