Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads via calls, emails, and online platforms
Pitch services to international clients Build and maintain client relationships
Understand client needs and offer customized solutions
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in B2B / BPO sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome)
Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
Strong persuasion and closing abilities
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Comfortable with night shift & onsite work
Resident of islamabad or Rawalpindi will be preffered
