Brigante Law Group is looking for a highly experienced, fully bilingual Sales Floor Director to lead our legal intake and closing team in Mexico.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who has already managed salespeople in a high-pressure environment and knows how to drive performance through daily execution, coaching, accountability, and strong operational control.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable being close to the team, close to the numbers, and close to the calls.

The right person will know what is happening on the sales floor throughout the day. They will understand which leads are being contacted, which consultations are moving forward, which closers need support, where follow-up is weak, and what needs to be corrected before the day is lost.
