Job Responsibilities

• Act as intermediaries between ship owners and charterers or vessel sellers and buyers
• Initiate a business deal to potential clients, negotiate the terms of a contract or sale, and finalize the details of the contract

Requirements

• Preferred Owner / Charterer / Trader background for chartering brokers
• Preferred experience with SNP for SNP broker
• Fluent in English is a must
• A good negotiator with good communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and a dynamic personality to plan, work and deliver
• An ethical and professional code of conduct in handling confidential information and closing deals
• Preferred Degree / MBA holder with at least 2 years of shipping experience
