This is a client-facing position suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and taking ownership. You’ll support clients on Sage Pastel Payroll, ensure accurate processing, and help businesses stay compliant.

• At least 5 years experience working with Sage Pastel Payroll
• Matric & basic tertiary qualification
• Sage Pastel Payroll qualification (Essential)
• Strong knowledge of Sage Pastel Payroll (you will undergo questioning)
• Knowledge of other Sage products (Essential)
• PCC knowledge (Essential)
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Understanding and experience with submissions
• Strong people and communication skills
• A hunger to learn and grow
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Provide telephonic and onsite support to clients
• Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls
