Position Overview
Responsibilities & Duties:
+ Provides coaching and subject matter expertise to the site’s management and employees in all matters related to H&S including all potential losses.
+ Performs as an integral member of the site’s management team and leads the site in the execution of H&S strategy.
+ Promotes Continuous Improvement Culture and Cross Functional Teams.
+ Assists with the oversight of the site’s H&S management system, processes and programs to ensure continuous improvement as well as regulatory and company compliance.
+ Continually engages employees to ensure the desired H&S behaviors are being demonstrated at all levels of the organization.
+ Assists with minimizing losses including, but not limited to, assists with managing workers’ compensation claims, property damage, business interruption, and unexpected costs.
