- KPI management & PSC– record keeping, analysis, and reporting.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Record and review proposed changes from vessel, internal and external sources.
- Maintenance of BMS-centric QDMS with updated documents and reports.
- TMR (Top Management Review) – preparation of HSEQ data and final report, action plan implementation for SMS group
- Office-centric Drills – planning, coordination, and final report preparation
- Internal & External audits – planning, arrangement, record maintenance, updating MariApps and follow-up on closures.
- HSEQ Inspection & Audit Planner upkeep in MariApps
- Company audits (DOC, ISO, EU MRV, FuelEU) – planning and follow-up
- VGP annual reports – review and submission
