Job Description
We are seeking a Safety Professional to support a data center off the Irvington exit for an 18-month project. The role involves partnering closely with field teams to promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and coach crews on best practices across civil/site and vertical construction environments.
Responsibilities

+ Assist in planning, implementing, and enforcing safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations.

+ Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.

+ Identify risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions; track follow-through.

+ Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis.

+ Support development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of safety programs.

+ Deliver safety training and toolbox talks; coach field teams on safe work practices.<...
