Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspects interior and exterior work areas to determine if there are any safety hazards
- Ensures that all workers wear complete personal protective equipment and follows the company’s policies on safety
- Conducts investigations during occurrence of accidents to identify cause of event
- Maintains awareness of active and developing situations
- Ensures the site safety and health plan is prepared and implemented
- Acquires work materials
- Ensures continuity using in/out briefings
- Ensures that the requirement of workers is always updated
- Conducts toolbox meetings regularly
- Processes permits and other documents needed for servicing projects
- Requests personal protective equipment (PPE) needed for employees
- Coordinates and attends client’s monthly meeting regarding safety and company rules implemented for the project
