Collect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices to enhance overall safety standards.

• Collaborate with the FSM to conduct emergency response drills, fostering a proactive approach to safety.
• Perform routine checks on work activities and workers to identify and address potential safety concerns.
• To compile all non-compliance findings weekly.
• To lead WSH meeting, provide valuable insights and solutions on safety findings.
• Conduct safety inductions and orientations for all new personnel.
• Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and practices to team members and higher management.
• Provide support in implementing actions to continually improve WSH performance across the organization.
• Work closely with the other safety personnel and safety officer.
• Conduct daily TBM.
• Involve and attend to safety audits as and when necessary.
