Position Overview
Position Summary:The Safety Manager is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and managing the company’s health and safety programs. While the primary focus is on the construction division, this role may also support the utility division as needed. The Safety Manager plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.Key Responsibilities:• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, client-specific, and internal safety policies and procedures• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of corporate and site-specific health and safety programs• Conduct job site safety observations and audits• Perform job hazard analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments• Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, vehicle collisions, and safety concerns• Lead or participate in post-incident reviews to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for employees and super...
