The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer supports the safe and sustainable operation of the Unilever Hammond Dove Bar Soap Factory by applying technical expertise, analytical capability, and on‑the‑floor engagement to reduce risk and advance the site’s Vision Zero—our commitment to achieving zero harm to people, equipment, and the environment.


In this hands‑on engineering position, you will partner closely with the EHS Manager and cross‑functional teams to implement systems, strengthen standards, and drive continuous improvement across all safety, health, and environmental programs.

Safety Culture Support

+ Actively promotes safe behaviors across the site through daily presence on production floors and direct engagement with operators and technicians.

+ Reinforce expectations and help translate safety principles into practical actions that teams can apply in real time.
