**Description:**
You will be the Safety Engineer Sr. - Level 3 for the Safety & ESH team which is responsible for overseeing occupational safety, health, and environmental compliance across the plant.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Safety Engineer Sr. - Level 3 you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving safety programs to ensure federal, state, and corporate ESH standards are met and workers return home safe every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Verify that workplace conditions satisfy all applicable OSHA, EPA, and state occupational‑safety and health standards.
+ Manage ESH policies, procedures, training, and metrics to sustain a robust safety culture.
+ Analyze engineering plans, specifications, and purchase orders for new equipment to confirm required safety safeguards are included.
