The Sr. Safety Engineer is responsible to lead the fire team and ERP plan, in order to maintain the site's fire system according to Colgate Standards and Brazilian Regulation, and also support the EHS program. This role will be pivotal in executing and ensuring compliance with company standards and Brazilian Regulation.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the adherence of Loss Prevention program (Colgate Standards and Brazilian Regulation)
• Lead PSM Program together with PSM Operational coordinator
• Lead the program for compliance with Brazilian Regulation (especially NR-01, NR-05, NR-10, NR-12, NR13, NR-33 and NR-35) and social security legislation (Safety information in e-social).
• Working closely with production and engineering areas to identify and eliminate critical risks, managing the follow up of action plan
