Job Summary
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for implementing and overseeing safety programs that reduce occupational hazards and support regulatory compliance on large-scale commercial construction and data center new construction projects. This role partners with field teams, project leadership, and client safety representatives to promote safe work practices, conduct audits and inspections, deliver training, and help prevent incidents. The position requires strong knowledge of construction safety standards, sound judgment in risk mitigation, and the ability to enforce safety policies in a professional and consistent manner.
