**POSITION:** **Safety Coach**

**LEVEL:** Hay Level -dependent on experience

**Shift: TBD Rotating shifts 4 days on, 4 days off 12 hours**

**REPORTS TO:** Safety Manager

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Working in a team-based environment, this position will be responsible for the following:

+ Be a resource for safety related questions or concerns, gather input on safety related issues from teammates, and support resolution of those.
+ Has a relationship with teammates where teammates will be open to sharing issues. Be an advocate for the operating teams to help with their safety needs.
+ Perform daily walkthroughs of manufacturing areas, engage employees, and respond to safety-related requests from areas teammates.
