Keyano College is seeking a collaborative and proactive Safety Advisor to support and strengthen a progressive safety culture across our diverse post-secondary environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced safety professional who is passionate about building strong relationships, influencing positive organizational change, and advancing both physical and psychological safety within a learning centred environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Health & Safety, the Safety Advisor plays a key role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the College’s occupational health and safety programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with leaders, employees, students, contractors, and community partners across campus to support legislative compliance, COR readiness, incident prevention, education, and organizational wellbeing.
