SADC Country Sales Manager
POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales across SADC countries
- Build and maintain distributor and partner relationships
- Drive sell-in and sell-through performance regionally
- Set and execute country-specific sales strategies
- Manage pricing, margins, and commercial agreements
- Monitor distributor performance, stock, and forecasts
- Identify new market opportunities and expand footprint
- Coordinate supply chain and stock alignment across borders
- Travel regionally to support partner engagement
Non-negotiable requirements:
- 3 – 5 years proven experience in multi-country / regional sales management (SADC or African markets)
- Strong background in channel/distributor-led sales environments
