JOB SUMMARY:


This position exercises full responsibility for all I.T. Projects and daily activities within the Information Systems Department

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Leadership and Oversight

+ Manage day-to-day IT operations for the location(s), ensuring high system availability, minimal production downtime, and effective prioritization of service requests and projects.

+ Supervise, mentor, and develop IS team members, including performance management, training, and workload balancing.

+ Partner with plant and business unit leadership to understand operational priorities and translate them into actionable IS objectives.


+ Infrastructure and Operations Management

+ Oversee the installation, maintenance, and performance of local infrastructure—including servers, networks, end-user devices, process control systems, and communication systems.
