The Operations Customer Service position assists customers with questions about coverage, enrolling in the program, and being connected to the department that can best assist with an issue.
How You Will Contribute:
Advising customers about benefits of our programs, assisting with requests for covered benefits, and enrollment.
Directing customers to the department that can best assist them.
Front ending technical assistance calls.
