Position Overview
Position: Rutland- Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay Rate: $34/hr
Schedule: 5 days per week X 8 hours per day.
Duties:
-The Licensed Practical Nurse Performs nursing duties in the care and treatment of patients on an assigned unit.
-Demonstrates proficient knowledge in the treatment of patients requiring nursing care
-Performs timely, comprehensive, and accurate reevaluations and documentation at regular intervals as defined by the department
-Applies knowledge of illnesses, injuries, and diseases and uses available resources in performing the nursing process.
-Contributes to an individualized and appropriate plan of care delineating measurable patient care goals Contributes to the plan of care making necessary changes as the condition of the patient indicates
-Monitor continued care needs for discharge and coordinates resources to meet post-institutional requirement.
