Te tūranga | The role

You will have overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of the Regional team; leading them to achieve quality growth, management of operational and credit risk and with the ultimate goal of achieving good customer outcomes.

An active leader across the wider team with both your direct and indirect reports, you will be accountable for the leadership and performance across the Upper North Island region; fostering a collaborative team environment that enables your team to develop both professionally and personally through effective coaching, mentoring and leadership.

This role is ideally based in Hamilton, and will require some travel around the Northland and upper Waikato region - a car is provided as part of the package.
