4. 严格遵守安全操作规程，落实现场作业安全防护措施。

1. 大专及以上学历，电子信息工程、通信工程或相关专业背景。
2. 具有3年以上弱电系统安装或维护实际工作经验。
3. 熟悉弱电系统原理及操作流程，掌握网络布线、设备调试等专业技能。
4. 持有有效电工操作证或相关职业资格证书。
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能适应现场工作环境。
