Position Details
This position will appeal to OTs seeking a diverse community-based practice serving clients across the rehabilitation continuum. Duties include:
Conducting functional assessments & preparing reportsCompleting job site visits to develop rehab & GRTW plansHospital discharge planning and assessmentsHome assessments to determine equipment & service needsCase management to facilitate client access to other health servicesDevelopment and supervision of rehab assistant plansLiaising with funders, family and healthcare team Qualifications
Member of COTBC or eligible for registrationDriver’s license and access to a reliable vehicleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with insurance payers is an assetExperience with WorkSafeBC programs is desirable
