Job Description The RTR General Ledger Junior Analyst reports directly to the General Ledger Supervisor. The primary function is to play a pivotal role in supporting the day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations of the organization.
Responsibilities - Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software.
- Maintain organized and up‑to‑date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Receive, review and post journal entries received.
- Prepare monthly journal entries for AL/Airgas entities and business units.
- Prepare and post journal entries such as standard accruals and ad‑hoc journal entries monthly.
