+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in ASIC development with Verilog, SystemVerilog, Very High Speed Integrated Circuit (VHSIC), Hardware Description Language, or Chisel.
