Team Leader – Motor team – Liverpool

RTA team leader (Pre-litigated) – This is a team leading role for an experienced RTA fee earner. The successful candidate will work directly with the Operations Director of defendant motor as well as the technical manager in more of a strategic role. Whilst you will have your own caseload, your main responsibility will to be to lead and supervise others whilst driving culture and efficiencies throughout the department.
