Job Summary
NASA Lubricants is looking for an energetic and field-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) for the North Region. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in High Street selling, distributor management, and market execution within the lubricants or automotive industry. This role requires extensive fieldwork, market expansion, and hands-on sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve assigned targets
Manage and expand distributor network across South Region
Ensure strong shop-to-shop coverage and retail penetration
Conduct regular market visits to retailers, workshops, and auto parts shops
