Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Development and Customization:
o Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application.
o Create and modify forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and reports to tailor the system to business requirements.
· Integration and Data Management:
o Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools e.g. D365 DMF
o Oversee data migration processes to ensure accuracy and integrity during data transfers.
· Solution Design and Implementation:
o Collaborate with Functional Consultant and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solution
o Implement and configure Dynamics 365 modules and features according to business needs.
· Troubleshooting and Support:
