Provide L2 and L3 support for Automation Anywhere by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner. Manage incident lifecycle from detection and recording to closure and verification. Should be conversant with RPA Life cycle. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Automation Anywhere , IQ Bot processes and troubleshooting steps. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with other internal systems. Will be troubleshooting support issues, Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical problems and suggest improvements to reduce incident rates.
