Overview

The Royalty Operations Specialist supports royalty and referral fee operations by helping calculate payments, analyze data discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial reporting. The position works closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to improve processes, ensure data accuracy, and support overall finance and procurement operations.

What you will be doing

• Support the calculation and review of royalties and referral fees based on contract terms


• Investigate discrepancies and help track issues back to source data


• Act as a point of contact for assigned partners, assisting with questions and resolving basic issues


• Work with data sets to identify variances and support reporting needs


• Collaborate with teams across Finance and Accounting, Legal, Procurement, ISV, Billing, and Sales Ops to improve data accuracy
