The University seeks a dedicated leader to serve as Head Coach and Program Director for its intercollegiate club rowing program during the 9‑month academic year. This role works with the student-led club team to oversee all aspects of operations within the educational mission of the University, the Department of Student Life, and the Student Government Association ( SGA ). The coach will educate student‑athletes on the value of sport, foster competitive readiness for US Rowing events, and ensure full compliance with University, SGA , and US Rowing regulations.
Key responsibilities include planning and leading practices, preparing for competitions, evaluating athletes, supervising part‑time assistant coaches, and managing risk and safety protocols.
