**Job Description**

This long-term rough carpentry role focuses on building decks at a construction site. The position is ideal for a carpenter with approximately 2–3 years of experience who is confident using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and performing early-phase commercial construction tasks. You will work as part of a small crew and contribute directly to the structural work that supports the broader project.

**Responsibilities**
