Title: Rotating Machinery Senior Technical Advisor KBR’s global business comprises two main segments – Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) and Government Solutions (GS). This role sits within STS in the Integrated Solutions business unit.

Integrated Solutions is the engineering and project delivery group providing services which include front-end and detailed engineering, procurement, construction services, and program management primarily in the hydrocarbons and energy transition industries. Responsible for the specification, selection, and services relating to rotating machinery for energy transition, gas and oil projects.

A specialist and detailed knowledge of the major machinery types, to include centrifugal, axial and reciprocating compressors, and gas turbines will be required. A good working knowledge of machinery rotordynamics, machinery performance calculations, lubrication, shaft sealing, and machinery selection criteria is essential.
