The Brine Operator operators brine equipment to control cheese temperature, dimensions, and consistency adjusting conveyor speed and chiller temperatures; Maintaining a clean environment and adhering to all the GMPs, SOPs, and Critical Control Points pertaining to Food Safety and USDA regulations.
