JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reviews and verifies completeness of documents received from the originating unit (Petition for Foreclosure, Sheriff’s Notice of Auction Sale, Approval of Bid Price, Affidavit of Publication, photocopy of OCT/TCT/CCT, Tax Declaration, Latest Real Estate Tax Receipt, TIN of previous owner, latest Insurance Policy, latest Appraisal Report, Real Estate Mortgage, CIS, CPM/OM, Certificate of Sale/Dacion en Pago Agreement and other related documents).
• Prepares Documentary Deficiency Report for CDR reporting for those accounts with incomplete documents.
• Confirms Book Value of ROPA from Loans Operations Department.
