About the role We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Room Service Supervisor to join our F&B team. You will assist the IRD Manager in leading the room‑service team, ensuring high‑quality service and operational efficiency.

- Handle guests’ needs and deliver exceptional service for high‑profile clientele.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and resolve issues.
Qualifications - Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role at an upscale 5* hotel or resort.
