**Key Responsibilities**
**Guest Service & Order Management**
Answer all in-room dining phone calls promptly, courteously, and following hotel service standards.
Record food and beverage orders accurately and ensure all special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, ingredients, promotions, and hotel offerings.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate.
Coordinate order preparation with the kitchen and notify guests of accurate delivery times.
**Operational Duties**
Ensure proper use of the POS system for order entry and billing.
Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
