Guest Environment Experts manage the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces. They ensure safety, follow company procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present a professional uniform and communication. They work on their feet, moving, lifting, carrying, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds. Other reasonable duties may be requested.
