Scope of Work - Conduct inspection and rectification of damaged rooftop cladding and façade panels at multiple locations.
- Remove and replace damaged/disoriented ACP cladding panels along the rooftop parapet edge.
- Reinforce rooftop claddings with proper structural mounting / frame support.
- Repair and reseal failed joints using high‑quality weather‑resistant sealant.
- Rectify open gaps observed in façade panels and cladding systems.
- Repair defective waterproofing membrane terminations to prevent water ingress.
