About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Roofer to join our team as aTutor/Skills Coach . In this role, you will deliver engaging training sessions, assess occupational competency, and support the development of apprentices and students in Waterproofing. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring high attendance, retention, and achievement rates.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

• Plan and deliver engaging, effective training sessions for groups of apprentices and students.
• Develop and implement training programs that lead to successful outcomes.
• Conduct Off-the-Job Training Workshops and Study Programme sessions.
• Monitor and manage Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to track apprentice progress.
• Ensure training delivery aligns with employer needs and industry standards.
