Expertise in Rockwell FTPS architecture, including configuration, installation, and interface setup.
Proficient in Windows Server, JBOSS/Application Server, SQL, and MES Database configuration.
Hands-on experience with Data Manager, Production Management Client, Recipe And Workflow Designer, Production Execution Client, Production Responses And Client in FTPS.
Integration of MES systems with ERP, OPC/Equipment interface, PI, LDAP, Weighing scales, and Printers.
Prepare and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ for business processes.
Design and modify business processes for efficiency.
Preferred Skills:
Support and troubleshoot Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and Recipe execution.
Familiarity with GMP Validation, ITIL processes, 21 CFR Part11, ISA 95 & S88 standards.
Certification in ITIL V3/V4 is an added advantage.
