Responsibilities
Provide specialized integrated geotechnical expertise to the mine Manage geotechnical investigations and ensure structural stability of residue deposits, waste dumps, and stockpiles Implement business intelligence and trend analysis within function Plan, implement, control, and monitor approved changes Input into functional planning and demonstrate awareness of macro and microeconomic factors Manage people development and identify training gaps Oversee internal and external relations management Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, Quality (SHERQ) and related compliance Requirements
