Job Title: Robotics Technician / Deployment Operations Specialist
Role Overview
This role bridges customers, product, and engineering teams to ensure robotic systems deliver consistent value in real-world environments. You will lead deployments, testing, and daily operations at customer sites while helping build scalable processes for pilots and R&D in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead deployment and testing of robotic systems from concept through pilot

+ Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to execute projects

+ Support and train field operations staff

+ Identify and resolve project issues, escalating as needed

+ Manage lab inventory to support pilots and testing

+ Oversee daily operations at customer sites to ensure system performance

+ Track and report key metrics such as system health and task success
