Primary Purpose of this Position:

Safely operate robotic welding equipment to fabricate quality products in accordance with shop drawings, production requirements and DWS quality standards.



Essential Job Functions:




+ Operate robotic welding and fabrication equipment safely and effectively to meet customer demands and production requirements.

+ Identify steel shapes, sizes, mill tolerances and material specifications.

+ Fabricate material according to dimensions shown on cut lists, shop drawings, gather sheets, welding requirements and machine capabilities.

+ Utilize required tools, welding processes and robotic machine interfaces (HMI) to produce parts in accordance with quality standards.

+ Adjust machines and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure accurate dimensions and efficient operation.
